Xbox One keeps turning itself off?

My Xbox has had the problem for a few weeks that it keeps saying goodbye.

Then I always have to pull the plug, wait a few minutes, and only then can I turn it on again.

My Xbox is ventilated by the internal and an extra fan, so it does not overheat.

The power supply is in a free place where there's enough air to work, so it doesn't overheat.

Do you know what might be the reason?

I also have an Xbox One, but I haven't had the problem yet. I would probably send the console in for repair or at least go to the electronics store to discuss the problem and get advice on what you can do.
