I have a few downloaded games on the xbox 360 that I would like to transfer to the series x. Is that possible somehow?

Are the games linked to an account? If so, then simply log into the Series X with the same account

The games are linked to an account, the only problem is that the account is so old that I forgot my login details. I registered on my xbox 360 with a new email address but that didn't work
