Continue playing Paladins on PC with Xbox savegame?

I've had a new PC on which I also play Paladins (game) for 1 week. The problem of what I had I had previously played the game on the Xbox and had also unlocked a lot of things there etc… Now I ask myself is it possible to somehow link the game on the PC?

There are no "saves" at Paladins. If you can take your Xbox account with you to the PC (which I don't know if and how to do it) then you can continue playing.
