I can't answer that exactly. The fact is that too high or too low temperatures or even humidity does not really do any good for an electrical appliance.

For laptops, I've seen it every once in a while that if you come straight out of the cold, the display does not, but that will work as soon as it's warmed up again.
In principle, cold is hardly a danger. Even videos on YouTube where motherboards are placed in liquid nitrogen, then mercilessly overclock them, so that the processor explodes as soon as the cooling is removed.
Batteries do not like cold.
What can happen?
The problem is not so much the temperatures as the humidity in the air. Especially if it goes in cold fines. Temperature changes from cold to warm which go very fast more precisely. Then the moisture condenses in the air…
What can happen there? Moisture into the device will cause total damage or short circuit?
