How can I talk to friends from Xbox to PS4 in fortnite?

I have had an Xbox one S for two months. I'm currently playing Fortnite with my friends, but my colleagues can't hear me via voice chat in-game, nor can I hear them. The Nat type is open, the audio settings also fit. Anyone have an idea how to fix that?
