He put me in his group of friends. What should I do?

I've been writing to a boy for a while now and we often talk on the phone, etc. Now he has added me to his group of friends on WhatsApp and also asks in between if I can join him and his friends on the Playstation want to talk to a party.

So far I've always got into the conversation, but now he doesn't ask me any more. Does he expect me to come to the party conversation by myself?

To be honest, I'm a bit scared that he thinks it's too exhausting to always write to me and have to ask if I would like to talk to him and his friends, etc.

To come to the end: would he like me to just come to the ps party with his friends? (when I see he's inside too)

How about if you just ask him beforehand if he would like you to come to the party. I probably wouldn't just go in that way.
