I'm looking for a fantasy game, multiplayer, there should be monsters and boss mobs. Also with swords. But it should be from 12. Sensible answers, please.

Sounds like MMORPG and you're completely wrong on the console. You can try one size smaller like e.g. Monster Hunter World.
