Xbox live issue just redeemed but can't play and doesn't appear?

I bought a code that was redeemed successfully and wanted to start then it says there's no live and there's nothing from live under subscriptions but the code is redeemed

Try to lower your console completely and then switch it on again. At least that's how it always works for me
