Xbox balance card. Code redeemed but credit not available?

I bought an Xbox One 15 euro credit card online this morning and then redeemed it. The code has been redeemed, but I have no access to the credit.

I restarted my Xbox and then checked again whether I now have access to the credit, which unfortunately was not the case. I have already contacted Xbox Support, but I was not really helped. Does anyone of you have any solutions or tips for me, how I can get the credit? It would be a shame about the money.

So you have successfully redeemed the credit code and it says that you have the credit but you can't redeem it. Did I understand that correctly?
