Change Microsoft account for Xbox account?

My password for my Microsoft account has been changed and whenever I restore it it is changed again, the account is kind of for the bin and is constantly blocked because I want to log in again too often. So and that's why I want to create a new Microsoft account. Can someone tell me how I can set this up for my Xbox account. Or is it not possible to replace the current one?

Log into your account with your existing alias and password…

Go to Your Information at the top of the page.

Select Manage Microsoft Sign In.

Select the alias that you want to remove.
