Xbox packet?

Hey could someone tell me what's there I don't know so on the left is live etc. But somebody also knows how long and what does that bring me (I'm more of a ps guy)

Xbox live is like ps plus, so for online play. With the game pass you have around 100 games that you can play for free as long as you have the game pass. There's a trial version, so I guess for 14 days.
