My problem is:
I play online games on the PS4 very often, but latency problems occur more often. Since I have a fiber optic internet I have a very good ping (2-10). However, I have up to 10% packet loss each. I'm really amazed. I would be happy to whom a few technology experts answer.
So if the PS4 is connected to Wi-Fi, I would try to fix this.
After that, your internet provider will probably have to intervene and check the line.
Oh and it doesn't matter how good the transmission medium is, it can cause problems with defective / incorrect commissioning etc.
I forgot to mention it but I connected the internet with a LAN cable.
