GTA V problems InGame what can I do (GTA detects a non-existing controller)?

My problem is that there are some problems when I start and play GTA. E.g. Can't I jump… Or if I press ESC and go to the menu I'm shown that a controller is connected. The cursor also goes crazy, because it goes off all tabs. From "Rockstar Editor" to "Store" "Gallery" etc. So always from right to left.

I haven't connected a controller, so I don't know what it could be. Above all, I only have PS4 controllers at home and it shows the surface of an Xbox controller.

Trying to reinstall the game or have the files checked? I know reinstalling takes a long time… But if it helps… I honestly never heard of it before and I don't know of any other solutions…
