I m stuck in the Realm Menu Minecraft Bedrock

Hello, I have had the problem for a few weeks now that I get stuck in the loading screen when I want to join a realm on the Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Then it says "The site is being built" but then it doesn't go any further. The game doesn't crash either, it just loads forever. What can I do against it?

I've already tried restarting the console, uninstalling and reinstalling the resource packages, disconnecting the console from the power, etc. Nothing worked.

(I play on Xbox)

Also play the Bedrock on the X1. Did you just reset the realm and then upload the map again? That has helped me before.

I don't own the realm myself, but I'm stuck on the screen (I attached a picture to the question)

Then get in touch with the owner or an admin. Sometimes it helps if you are removed from the realm and added back immediately afterwards.
