Minecraft PS4 Bedrock Edition Realm download freezes?

I have the Minecraft PS4 Bedrock Edition and I recently created a realm. I would like to download this world to my memory on the console, so far without success.

The following problem: I go to the realm and click on "Download world" in the menu. The download starts and everything seems to work normally. The world has 744MB and the download stops at exactly 658MB. I've tried it at least 20 times and the download stops every time. Tried it on PS4 and PS5, but always the same result. There's enough memory.

I would be very grateful for your help. Perhaps someone has found a solution to my problem or even similar experiences.

Minercraft probably had a buggy update that happened several times. Sometimes people can't start Minecraft then people can't get into other person's worlds. For me, for example, it is up to date so that I can't join friends. I would either contact Minecraft myself or just wait until the next update. There are also people who think it would help to uninstall Minecraft and reinstall it. That didn't work for me, but I hope you somehow solve the problem.
