Metro Exodus, can anyone

I'm just at the point where I have to go with the draisine, but once I'm in it, I'm not coming out anymore. Does anyone know how to get out of the thing again? (Xbox One)

games on the PC, so do not know the button for XBox, but getting in and out and using is always the same button
