Xbox one sync status?

I have an Xbox One and would like to buy a second console for my second home. Will the apps and saves saved on my home base be automatically transferred to my second one or vice versa? In other words, when I play on my second console, the data is also transferred to my first console?

Scores are automatically synchronized with an internet connection as soon as a game is started. So you always have your scores on both consoles.

Except mods, for example at Cities Skylines or Fallout 4. The only game that transmits almost no or only a lot of fun is Minecraft Bedrock. The reason is the worlds are stored as a folder with an unbelievable number of files in an accessible memory, which is not recognized as real fun on Xbox Live, as is normally the case with other games.
