Amazon account hacked?

Today I saw orders on Amazon that I did not order (Xbox and ps4 as well as Paysafe cards). I immediately deleted my Koto as a payment method and later wanted to delete my account completely. Unfortunately, I had to find out that I was denied access. All I have to do is enter a code that I should receive by email. Problem is, I don't get a code. Neither in the spam folder nor normally. My question is: How bad is it and can the people who ordered the said items still pay with my account? What should i do?

How did you see the orders and how did you delete the payment method if you didn't have access to your account? Wait for the code or call Amazon again.

I called support. My account was actually hacked and the warning emails were blocked so I had no idea what was happening. My account is now deactivated. I still can't explain how the hackers blocked these warning emails. Really terrifying! But the main thing is that my account is now deactivated.

With the links, you download malware and Trojans onto your cell phone and they can spy on Amazon if you have ordered via the cell phone and saved the password. Even with too simple passwords such as the name of the partner or favorite superhero or too simple words. Certain programs crack these very easily. You have already deactivated your account.
