I have the problem that despite Xbox Gold, I was deducted money for a free Gold Game. Now I want to call 0800 8088014 support. Only puts the call automatically on again before I even get to someone in support.
The callback function does not seem to work either. There was that you will be called back in about 3 minutes, but so far there was nothing.
Then try it at the right number.
The number was shown to me on the Microsoft Support and Invoices Support page.
