I bought an Xbox One x used. After the start the error code E100 is displayed directly, followed all tips on the Microsoft side. My question is there's a way to fix the error?

Try rebooting the console with a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 sec. Holds.

Otherwise, the following helps:

Quote Microsoft: Turn off the console, and then unplug the power cord.
Wait 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cord.
While holding down the connect button (on the left side of the console) and the eject button (on the front of the console), press the Xbox button on the console.

NOTE: The Xbox One S Digital Edition does not have an EJECT button. You can access the Xbox Start Troubleshooter on this console by pressing the CONNECTION KEY (steps 3 and 4) and then the Xbox button.
Press and hold the CONNECT. Button and the EJECT button for 10 to 15 seconds.
Pay attention to the two beeps, which can be heard at intervals of a few seconds. You can release the CONNECT button and the EJECTION button after the second power-on tone.
The console should turn back on and direct you directly to troubleshoot Xbox Start.

To reset the console from Xbox Startup troubleshooting, use the directional pad and A button on the controller to select Reset this Xbox. Select Keep games and apps when prompted. This option resets the operating system and deletes all potentially corrupted data, not the games or apps.

If it does not help…

Step 4: Perform an offline system update
To perform this update, you need the following:

a Windows-based PC with an internet connection and a USB port
an NTFS-formatted USB flash drive with at least 6 GB of free space

Most USB flash drives are formatted as FAT32. You need to change the formatting in NTFS. Note that formatting deletes all files on a USB flash drive. Back up any files on the flash drive or move them to another disk before formatting the drive. For information about formatting a USB flash drive as NTFS with a PC, see https://support.xbox.com/...fs-windows.

Connect the USB flash drive to a USB port on the computer.
Open the offline system update file http://www.xbox.com/...oxone/osu1.
Click Save to save the console update ZIP file to the computer.
Unzip the file. For all versions of Windows operating systems, extract the file by right-clicking it and selecting Extract All from the pop-up menu.
Copy the $ SystemUpdate file from the ZIP file to the flash drive.

Note: The files should be copied to the root directory, and they should not be other files on the flash drive.
Remove the USB flash drive from the computer.

Step 5: Perform an Offline System Update
You can perform the offline system update with Xbox Start Troubleshooting. If you need to call Troubleshooting for Xbox Start, follow these steps:

Turn off the console, and then unplug the power cord.

Connect the USB flash drive containing the offline system update files to a USB port on the Xbox One console. After the plug
