Xbox profile picture can't be changed?

Today i changed my custom xbox profile picture after a long time. Initially with success, but a few hours later the app changed the picture by itself. So I decided to change it back but without success - I get a message telling me I couldn't change it and that the support can't help either. Reinstall the app and log in again, but I've already tried everything without success. Do any of you know what's going wrong and could someone help me?
