Paradox games won't start?

I bought the Game Pass Ultimate. Now I have downloaded several games and wanted to play them. My problem is that all Paradox games won't start. When I click play nothing happens. No matter how I start the game (via Xbox App, Microsoft Store, Desktop).

Hmm Restart your console have probably already tried it? Otherwise maybe uninstall the game again and then reinstall it.

I just restarted my PC and now it's running
