Fortnite gamesound on xbox?

I play on Xbox One Fortnite and I don't hear the game sound, but when I play with my friends I don't hear the game sound, but when I stream you can hear the game sound and my friends can be heard, can someone help me?

Normal headphones everything worked at the beginning but now it doesn't work anymore I accidentally changed something in the settings but I can't find anything that should be wrong
