Play over Ttl connection?

I found a Ttl connection (I guess) on my Xbox 360 steering wheel, under the battery cover. Since this is a wireless steering wheel and I want to play with it on the PC, but don't want to pay 20 euro for an adapter, I wanted to ask if I could play on this connection on the PC if I bought a Ttl to USB adapter.

What is a TTL connection? Or tli connection?

So I found this name on the Internet. As I said, I have no idea of it myself. There are definitely 5 pins. The names are on the board:

5V; PA27; PA5; PA6; GND
