Xbox one controller keeps losing connection? - 1

I have a question about my xbox controller, it switches on when starting the Xbox but goes off again after blinking twice, even when I connect it to the Xbox or PC via cable, it's always the same. If I press the reconnect button fast enough, it starts flashing quickly as always and when I then connect it to the Xbox it lights up again 2 times and goes off again has an idea what that is and whether it can be fixed? Please NO answers like just buy a ps4! ONLY WHO Really HAVE ANY IDEA, NO MATTER HOW STUPID IT IS ANSWER.

I would say no battery. At least that's the case with the Ps4 controller. Just turn on the Xbox and charge the controller.

Have you already tried to update your controller? Helped me once when I had connection problems.

I also had problems with my external hard drive. I was able to fix this by resetting the Xbox to factory settings and reloading the updates.

I don't even get it connected with a cable on Xbox for an update and it must be due to the controller that does not connect to the PC either

It works with the cell phone. But not PC and Xbox despite cables?

Funny. Then the controller should be ok. Possibly is due to the driver.

Already tried a factory reset on the Xbox?

I then somehow got it connected to a bluetooth laptop and so reset the controller and brought it back up to date, everything works again thanks for all the ideas otherwise I would probably not have gotten to work without a reset
