Am I not entitled to defect-free goods in a video game?

I only bought GTA 5 for the Xbox again. Had it for PS4 before. I'm online now Lvl 90, but can't use certain functions such as Call Lester to get rid of the cops.

Support answered that they knew about the problem and were working on it. However, I find forum posts from 2017, sometimes even from 2014, on the net. So you can't count on the problem to be solved.

You bought GTA V and that has nothing to do with it. GTA Online is a free encore.

No claim not, because it is so in the terms and conditions that you have accepted.

You can't expect human beings that everything always works 100%.

GTA Online is a multiplayer mode. It is an integral part of the purchase and not a "free encore".
Simply specifying parts of the scope of delivery as a gift and thereby avoiding the warranty period is not possible.

In the context of a mixed calculation, the online mode is clearly a factor for pricing and therefore not a gift.
