Makes FIFA (especially career mode) more fun on the console (Ps5, ps4 (pro), Xbox one (s) (x) etc.) or on a good gaming PC with a good monitor.
So that I play kick-off together with a buddy, career mode alone and ultimate team alone.
Which is better and are there differences?
Or advantages and disadvantages?
The performance on the PC - with a corresponding PC is of course better and the graphics quality is higher. The whole thing initially costs you more money. (I'm generally of the opinion that the PC is cheaper in the long run, but you pay more at the beginning, which is an obstacle for many)
When it comes to conditions, PC allows any controller, console you are more restricted, which of course is only a problem if you don't like the controller. The TV vs. Monitor or couch vs. I think office chairs are absolutely nonsensical. Both systems are equally ready for one side in both cases. I know people who gamble console at their desk, and people who gamble PC on the couch, the system does not exclude either one or the other.
There's no need to select the console except:
You want to deal with a PC, you don't have to learn much today, but something does.
You shy away from the initial hardware costs.
So Fifa is generally played more on PS4 or Xbox. That means if you plan to play a lot of Ultimate Team, I clearly say Xbox or Ps4. There are a lot more people playing and on the transfer market there are also more players on it or are placed on it because more people are drawn to Fifa on Ps4 and Xbox games and more packs than on PC.
If you say mainly career mode / kick-off and only now and then Ultimate Team then clearly PC, because as Eromzak says the graphics and performance on the PC are significantly better and you can also use the PC more flexibly.
Where is a PC cheaper?
Purchase = more expensive
Electricity costs = more expensive (definitely 3 times as high)
Games = minimally cheaper (maybe 10 euro if you look at cheap sites with keys, nothing happens with new games)
In addition, if you have a PC, you have to replace something every 1 1/2 years if you want to play the new games with good graphics, most PC gamers are addicted to graphics and FPS so something has to be replaced quickly, e.g. You need a Playstation only buy once when it appears and can then play every new game for about 7-8 years until a new one appears, and it only costs a third of a PC with which you can do the same… I have both and find my Playstation around a lot better, only play Gta, Among Us and rarely Valorant on the PC, otherwise everything on the Playsi.
What about the system? I think the Playstation OS is better than Windows 10, for example, even if I use both, but for gaming I definitely prefer the Playsi except for 3 games
I'm not that much of a fan of games like this. But I have the impression that the overwhelming majority of sports games generally play on consoles.
As far as the graphics are concerned, I can't understand the previous answers. FIFA is generally pretty undemanding in terms of performance, and a console can easily handle that. I would not expect any major differences there. In the next generation of consoles, none at all.
I don't understand the input device argument either, who is playing FIFA with a mouse and keyboard? This is probably the prime example of a game that you play with a controller.
I think sports simulations are classic games that you play on consoles.
Ultimate Team, the PC players are much more expensive
In fact, it's slower. Otherwise, it's just a purely subjective question, but I can't answer subjectively, I can only name facts. If you think that's better it is so.
For me personally, even if it were better (faster, I need fewer clicks to get into a game or something like that) I would click 2x more to play the game at double fps.
