Clearly further PC, you can also upgrade it. My current configuration will last for a few more years.
Since I already had a lot of fun with the predecessor, I will also get the PS5 to play games. A great advantage over the PC is that the games are adapted to the Playstation, which prevents stutters due to high graphics.
Definitely on the pc. It's just better than consoles (in my opinion) a good PC costs a lot but you have more options.

Everything is on PC, if there's a good PS exclusive title, I still have a PS4 Pro standing around for it. But the next generation of consoles is not coming into my house.
Basically, I will primarily gamble on my PC.
You can play almost any game title on a PC (apart from the one specially developed for a console) and you can add whatever you want to a PC that doesn't work with a console.
I also have an XBox One S and a PS4 (so I'm a hybrid player), but I rarely gamble on them. I will most likely buy the new consoles, the PS5 for the reason that it will be backwards compatible and I want to test these consoles myself (graphics, hardware, game loading times, etc.) and the XBox just so that I have them and test them can.
I'm not too enthusiastic about the PS4, because as soon as it is started it paralyzes the entire network and only downloads with 1-2MB / s from 10-12MB / s and the files and games are installed or installed very slowly Copied.
In contrast, I was thrilled with the XBox One S with the stores, which download at full speed, while you can still stream videos on 5 other devices in full video quality. The installation and copying times of the XBox One S are significantly less than those of the PS4.
However, depending on the components installed, the PC is way ahead of the two consoles, which of course steals the show from both of them.
When the new consoles come out at the end of 2020 (possibly also later) I will buy and compare both of them, but I assume that the XBox will do better than the PS5, but will not be any better than a very well-designed gaming system PC.
In the end, however, everyone has to decide for himself what he buys for a console, because you have to be satisfied yourself.
Certainly the PlayStation loyal players will buy the PS5 and the XBox loyal players will buy the new XBox, but maybe there are also some players who think, Come on, I want to know what the other console or the other provider so offers! "and looks at the other console. Or you look at what a PC has on it or the other way around. You shouldn't talk badly of new territory just because you don't know it. ^^
