Does the Xbox Series have sleep mode?

I bought the Xbox Series s and am wondering how I can put the console into sleep mode. With the ps4 it was very easy, but does the seres s even have a sleep mode?

Go to "General" in the settings and then to "Power Mode & Start".

There you can set the sleep mode. In that case it is called "Fast Startup".

When setting up the Xbox, you are actually asked how you want it to be set.

Thanks. Do the apps download even if I turn off the Xbox normally?

You can only download the games in the background even if the console is "off" if fast startup is activated. Without this setting, the Xbox is completely off.
