Playstation stuck in sleep mode?

Last night I put my Playstation 4 Pro into sleep mode and I can't get it out when I press the PS button on the controller, the LED indicator flashes but the Playstation remains in sleep mode.

Does anyone have any tips?

Press the buttons on the ps4 itself, if there are any on the pro. If not pull out.

Ok but doesn't it break when I pull the plug?

Have you tried the buttons on the ps4 first? You can also connect the controller with the USB cable and then press the controller button.
