Stick sensitivity Xbox controller is wrong 12345?

My Xbox controller has a very high sensitivity in the Xbox menu and usually jumps 2-3 fields further instead of normal 1. There's nothing on the controller and everything is normal in all games. But on the home screen and in the settings of the Xbox, the sensitivity is just so high that I always slide 2-3 fields further. Anyone know why

It is quite possible that another key is hanging somewhat, because if you e.g. RT and then using the stick, the speed also accelerates and you "slide" too far. So just have a look if any key is hanging or is difficult to operate.
