I have a monitor from "acer" and want to play on it with my Xbox One S.
Unfortunately, the monitor has no audio output or anything else
But I still have boxes that I don't connect
Would be nice if someone can help me there
Which monitor, which boxes, what do you want to do
Does the monitor itself have speakers installed?
If not, you can connect speakers to your console.
No sound without speakers.
It doesn't matter whether they are built into the monitor or not.
Either you connect the boxes directly to the Xbox or the game remains silent - unless the monitor has built-in speakers and receives the sound signals e.g. Via HDMI or DP
If the monitor has no sound input and no speakers and no sound output, it has nothing to do with sound generation. Which Acer model is it?
But I still have boxes that I don't connect
Can, want, may, should, want?
As far as I can see the XBox One S has a TOSlink output (S / PDIF) with which you can output the sound via a stereo system. The sound is also delivered to a television via HDMI. If you have a monitor without sound hardware, only the first way remains.
