FIFA 20 demo xbox app?

The Fifa 20 demo has come out. Unfortunately I'm not at home but would like to install it now so that I can play it later. Is that possible via the Xbox app? If so, how? Have tried it and there's now that it begins to install when the home console is turned on. Is that still different? Or can I somehow start the Xbox?

If your Xbox is in sleep mode and you have set it as home console, it works. Have done it myself often.

But can I change it in the app?

No, you have to do that on the console.
