Games from smaller developers may be excluded, but otherwise almost every game should have mouse and keyboard support on the Xbox.
And to the people who write:
Why don't you buy a PC straight away?
You buy an Xbox to play in the living room or something like that. Or you buy an Xbox because you can't afford a PC but still want to use Windows 10 features.
Unfortunately, this is nonsense, because it only depends on the developer whether mouse & keyboard are supported. And very few games support it, which is why "a fraction" would be more appropriate than "almost all".
