I'm looking for an inexpensive WLAN / DLAN amplifier to which I can connect my Xbox with the LAN cable, because most of the times I don't have such a good connection with the Xbox, but I found something there,
https://a.aliexpress.com/_mrGRNJr
I know it has different versions there, but otherwise I would choose the first version.
Can I connect the part to any wireless router at all? Besides, is it really that good? Can someone help me with this?
Sorry if I mentioned something wrong, if the link doesn't work then please report it
From my own experience, I would always use branded products that are well known. You can of course try.
Thank you, but from your point of view, do you think this amp would be good for the price? So most of the people didn't complain in the reviews and found the product to be very good
That depends on how much you trust the site. I don't think much of it, but I have no experience with it either. If you think the reviews can be trusted, then I would probably give it a try.
There are no WLAN "amplifiers". In addition, the thing has no connection for LAN cables.
Realistically, it can't be good for the money.
What kind of router do you have?
I have a typical UPC router
The repeater has no connection for a LAN cable, how do you want to connect a Playstation?
In addition, the thing has no connection for LAN cables.
What does "Network Interface" mean in the picture in the description?
Thank you, because I do a lot of shopping there
There it has a LAN connection, look at the pictures in the reviews
However, there's nothing about this in the description, so it is possible that it has no function.
Pictures yes, but there's nothing in the description. It is not clear whether you can connect network devices to it, which are then connected via Wi-Fi.
Probably yes, but what more do you recommend me than this thing? Do you have any suggestions or something
I have always had routers and repeaters from AVM (Fritz). Had tried something different once and just had trouble. Since then, I've preferred to spend a few more euro and then have my peace of mind.
You throw that something in a pot. That absolutely does not go together
First of all, there's no Wi-Fi "amplifier".
Repeater "expand" the Wi-Fi network. To do this, they pick up the Wi-Fi signal at around 33% (% because it explicitly depends on your building environment)
Closer goes, but 2 Wlan networks interfere tremendously. Further away, but means less incoming signal. Repeaters are bestsellers because of the lie that they amplify Wi-Fi, but they belong in the garbage can.
You can get around this by connecting a repeater to the router with a LAN cable. Repeaters have 1 for this! Lan connection.

Smart people have now wondered why pull a cable, we all have cables in the wall. Why not use that?
And you are with the DLAN!
A LAN cable goes from the router to the first Dlan adapter, which is plugged into a socket and sends the DSL signal to the power network.
The second picks up the signal at every socket in the apartment / house. Has LAN connection and can Wlan.
With it I can access the Internet via LAN in our log cabin 50 m away. (because Wi-Fi can't use wood)
Thank you for your answer, sorry because I called it a Wi-Fi amplifier but can you give me recommendations?
For what
You don't get a repeater why you know.
At Dlan, it's DEVOLO
Please do not do both with Ali
The translation of the description is miserable underground.
Thank-you
