When I was playing FIFA 20 on the XSX earlier, the controller was suddenly disconnected. It flashed the whole time and couldn't be reconnected to the A-city as usual. I put in new batteries, which didn't work either. Do you know how to reconnect the controller?
Reset your console by holding the power button for a few seconds.
The controller should then reconnect.
