Depends on what version you mean by Minecraft.

There's: Windows 10 Edition (which is only on Windows 10, kommpatibel with the Bedrock edition)

Java Edition: The "better" PC version

As far as I know, this is not possible because Minecraft runs on the Xbox via your internal Xbox account.
