Xbox One NTSC or PAL?

Does the Xbox One S only read DVDs and Blu-Rays in PAL or only in NTSC format? I bought mine at MediaMarkt in Germany.

It reads DVDs with country code for Germany, i.e. 2 in the case of Blu ray B

By the way, PAL and NTSC no longer play a role in HDMI devices
