Which channels can I receive with Astra 19.2 and do I have to pay anything?

I would soon like to buy a receiver on Ebay for watching TV. I only watch TV from time to time because I tend to watch films and series and play on my Xbox, but I wanted to know if I had any additional costs for this receiver?
