How exactly can I watch TV normally with my Xbox?

I've read that the HDMI IN input is intended for something
but don't have a receiver.
It should also work via USB, would it also work because I'm with Kabel Deutschland and the router where the TV cable goes in can simply connect USB to USB and thus watch TV?

As far as I know, the Xbox is not intended for this.
And that with USB, just give it a try, you shouldn't be able to break a lot there.
