Will the game Lego Star Wars 3 still be updated? If it matters I mean on Xbox.

No way. The game was available for Xbox 360, currently there's Xbox One and this year the new Xbox Series X is coming out

but a new Lego Star Wars game is coming out at the end of this year; )

anyway Lego Star Wars III is out of date and nobody cares anymore

but you will still be able to play it on Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
