A good PC is always better than a console
But with the budget, a PS5 makes more sense because you can't create a PC for the money that can offer you in the long term what the PS5 will offer you technically.
Get a stable PC for 600 euro maybe not as long-lasting as a PS5 but definitely sufficient. In itself I would personally take the PS5
It depends on what and how often you gamble. I'm a casual gambler from the couch and therefore prefer the console.
In contrast to the past, I can no longer do anything with a PC.
Otherwise you should keep in mind that you can't get a reasonable gaming PC for 500-700 euro.
I think that with this budget, the new xBox is probably the most worthwhile. If frame rates above 60FPS are not supported, I would choose a PC.

That is hard to say. In three years probably only with the lowest graphics settings.
You can do a lot more with a PC. And you can choose exactly what you want. Sure, I got a PS4, but really almost only because of the exclusive games. (detroit become human, spiderman, etc.)
Better take a 1660 super, better value for money and better drivers. But from 800 I would try to get an rx 5700xt
