Xbox one S? Watch TV?

Hi

I have an HDMI cable connected to the back of my Xbox one s back to the receiver and when I go to TV and oneguide I see in audio that he shows me a sender and I can watch TV (see picture below). Can you play and watch TV at the same time and how does it work?
