Xbox 360 game not loading?

Hi

I have an Xbox 360 but Forza motorsport 3 won't load.

(but is for xbox 360) If you have reloaded the game what feels like 3 million times, it sometimes does. (But of course I don't feel like loading the game for 20 minutes whenever I want to play)
