Reload Gta5 savegame?

I wanted to play gta5 story mode but forgot to log in to xbox one with the account and now everything is from the beginning but i saved everything in gta5 before i was at 50% if it is saved on the cell phone in quick save it is also displayed, american greeting "(50%) how can I transfer that back to the current state of play 1.6%?

How about uninstalling, then logging in and downloading again, then you should theoretically get the old game back.
