Definitely PC lol. But you just have to spend a lot more money on a smart PC than on a console

You can just do everything… If the one game with a controller is better, you use that, otherwise a steering wheel, joystick, keyboard (especially mouse and keyboard) or whatever. You don't have the luxury of a console.
Not to mention the technical skills…
