Can't activate bluetooth, windows 10?

I have already tried everything that is known to me and possible and I'm not getting anywhere.

I have built a Bluetooth component into the computer. Then at some point I got a Bluetooth dongle, because I noticed that the thing doesn't work for long (hardware broken). The dongle was recognized for some time. Not anymore.

Now I got a second dongle. However, the same problem persists. Sticks are in it, are displayed under Bluetooth and other devices under "Other devices" as a dongle with a headset as the logo next to it.

I have no way to turn on the Bluetooth in this menu.

The help from Google tells me the same thing and doesn't help.

In the device manager:

BT is not listed. Devices are listed under Network adapters. Among other things, an Xbox wireless controller that works without any problems.

In the system tray:

BT logo is missing.

Driver:

Are supposedly up to date.

Windows services:

Bluetooth switcher service = On

BT audio gateway = off

BT support service = off

BluetoothUserService_6825c = Off

I can switch the services on manually, but that does not change the behavior and are also off after a restart.

I'm really really lacking in ideas and I'm pretty excited that my computer seems to always decide to have the most elitist problems that no one else has and therefore there's never any help on the Internet. Reinstallation is out of the question for me because I would have to back up too many files.

It may be possible that the Bluetooth module in your PC / laptop is defective.

You can get a USB Bluetooth adapter for 5 to 10 euro!

It is in the list. I've already got the second BT dongle (another make). The first in the electronics market, the second via the network. Both are shown in the Bluetooth settings window, but not recognized as a way to switch the BT on.
