Xbox One Wireless Controller is not working properly, what to do?

I connected my Xbox One Controller via USB to my pc and tried to play Fifa 20 with it. Sometimes everything works and sometimes it's like the left joystick is pushed up, even though I do not press anything, then it switches two "cells" all the time. I do not know what I can do about it.

Can someone help me?
