I've been having Xbox Game fun on Windows for 3 days and downloaded DbD, but I'd like to play with my buddies who have the game on Steam. Is there a way to invade each other? I have already linked my Xbox app on the PC with Steam.

Unfortunately, there's currently no way to invite players from other platforms.

After the latest update, you can play with Steam users, but only if you happen to get into an online match with them.
