I do not think so
Rinse the CD with water (means turn on the faucet and keep it under it for a few seconds)
Apply toothpaste with a cotton pad and lubricate the entire CD with circular movements until everything is covered with a white layer.
Put the CD in the rack together with the toothpaste for half an hour or hour.
Then remove the CD from the rack and rinse off all traces of toothpaste with water.
With a microfibre cloth rub the CD dry and try if the CD works again.
